What if I have five properties?: $495 each — every property gets its own engineered report. The studies themselves are free and unlimited.
I bought my property years ago — is it too late?: No. A look-back study catches up every year of missed accelerated depreciation in one deduction via a § 481(a) adjustment (Form 3115, automatic consent — no amended returns). Tell the study your acquisition year and it computes the catch-up.
Can I edit a study after buying its report?: Yes. The purchase is tied to the property, not a snapshot — re-run the study and re-download the PDF at no extra charge.
Refunds?: If the report doesn't work for your filing, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. A refund revokes the report download.
